For a long time, the Moon mostly punished mistakes. Power browned out, oxygen ran thin, and a meteor could crack a dome at the worst possible moment. That tension is good — but it was missing its opposite. A city that is genuinely thriving should look and feel like it.
So we leaned into the reward side: domes that glow brighter as they fill with people, colonists who wander out to the Earthview lounge on their downtime, a Chronicle that notices the good days and not just the crises. The goal is a colony that earns its wonder, then shows it back to you.
It is a small change on paper and a big one in practice. The Moon finally feels like somewhere worth living, not just somewhere hard to survive.
